Lecitrailer's digital strategy to make it easier to its customers the access to their product manuals and reduce paper consumption

As a result of the combination of digitization and sustainability processes in which Lecitrailer is immersed, the semi-trailer manufacturer has developed a new search engine for manuals and documentation on its website while at the same time being committed to reducing the consumption of paper used in them and that are delivered with each semi-trailer.

To facilitate Lecitrailer customer’s access to these documents, all semi-trailers already leave the Zaragoza factory with a QR code that, when scanned with a mobile device, links directly to the new repository of manuals and documentation on the corporate website and in which users can find the manuals of the different brands of axles, chassis and bodywork, user manuals of their vehicle as well as the warranty and maintenance conditions of Lecitrailer.

In the same way, in addition to accessing the manuals from the QR code, access has been enabled from the website's after-sales menu.

With this new process, paper consumption is reduced, the generation of waste is avoided and it is also guaranteed that customers can access the most up-to-date versions of their vehicle manuals.
