THE 24-HOUR SERVICE consists in roadside assistance services for minor breakdowns where vehicles are not required to be taken to the nearest workshop and can be repaired on the spot by a qualified technician so that:

  • TRAVELLING CAN CONTINUE
  • THE VEHICLE CAN BE DRIVEN TO THE NEAREST WORKSHOP
  • THE VEHICLE CAN BE REMOVED FROM THE ROAD

The working timetable at the warranty department is Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 20.00pm and Saturdays from 8.00am to 13.00pm. All warranty claims must be done through this department, calling on the telephones (+34) 976 46 21 21 and (+34) 976 46 21 30, where your call will be transferred to the corresponding official technical centre for a solution.

Should there not be an official LeciTrailer technical centre in the area, LeciTrailer will contact LECITRAILER'S 24-H SERVICE to try to solve the problem.

If the breakdown takes place out of the abovementioned timetable, at week-ends or holiday, and therefore, it is impossible to contact the warranty department, the client can call on LECITRAILER'S 24H SERVICE (+34) 902 200 213.

Service Conditions

If all repair work is finished within LeciTrailer's working timetable, and everything is all right, the warranty department would proceed to accept the warranty, assuming all repair costs and expenses incurred by LeciTrailer's 24-h service. However, towing expenses and compensation regarding delays are excluded.

If repair work is finished out of the working timetable, the customer will have to take care of the invoice and claim the amount to LeciTrailer S.A. afterwards via the Warranty Department subject to the abovementioned conditions.

In the event that a given customer would like to use such service for vehicles out of warranty period the same procedure should be followed, that is, calling (+34) 902 200 213 where service will be provided once the method of payment has been established.

  • Customer and Company identification data
  • Company's telephone number
  • Location of vehicle
  • Contact telephone number
  • Information about the vehicle: model, chassis number, car plate
  • Credit card info

You should always try to have your vehicle repaired within normal working timetable, in order to avoid extra expenses.

In some countries like Germany and France, the law is restricted regarding roadside repairs, so that if the nature of your breakdown is considerable you might be compelled to tow the vehicle to a garage. These tow-truck services are normally pre-arranged, so that LeciTrailer 24H shall not be made responsible for the towing prices applied.
