Lecitrailer once again wins the award for best semi-trailer of the year in Spain
A jury made up of almost 150 freight transport operators and technical specialists in the automotive sector has chosen the reefer Evolution P400 Multi x3 as the best semi-trailer of the year.
This is the fourth time in the six years that the National Transport Awards have been presented that a Lecitrailer semi-trailer has won this prestigious award thanks to the votes of transport professionals. In 2018 it was the LinkTrailer range, in 2021 the Evolution reefer and in 2022 the Elite curtainsider.
The P400 Multi x3 range of vehicles, consisting of curtainsiders, reefers and swap bodies, is designed for multimodal transport, combining road, rail and sea transport.
The P400 vehicles are equipped with special suspension, chassis reinforcements and four reinforced anchorage points that allow the vehicle to be completely lifted when fully loaded and positioned on railway wagons.
Multimodal transport can reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, is more environmentally friendly and pollutes less. In addition, it can help to meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations Development Programme.
The 'Quinta Rueda: Semitrailer of the Year' award is one of the ten National Transport Awards currently given to vehicles used for the transport of goods and people. This distinction was born in 2018 with the aim of recognising the effort and commitment to innovation of the manufacturers of this type of vehicles that play an essential role in the transport of goods by road.
