Lecitrailer and Ega take part in IAA Transportation 2026

Lecitrailer and Ega participated in IAA Transportation 2026, held in Hanover from September 15 to 20, one of the leading international trade fairs for the transport, logistics and commercial vehicle industries.

This year’s event achieved record levels of international participation, bringing together more than 140,000 visitors and 1,589 exhibitors from 46 countries. International attendees accounted for 40% of trade visitors, while more than 150 world premieres and new products were presented during the event..

The Air Cargo range takes centre stage in Hanover

Within this international framework, Lecitrailer showcased the latest innovations in trailers and semi-trailers developed to provide European transport operators with increasingly specialized solutions focused on efficiency and adaptability. Highlights included the Air Cargo range, specifically its refrigerated versions—the Evolution Air Cargo and Air Cargo XXL models—as well as its dry freight van version, the Absolute Air Cargo.

EGA Lecitrailer strengthens the group’s presence in Hanover

For its part, Ega presented its technology for manufacturing sandwich panels and constructing refrigerated and isothermal bodies, available as kits, pre-assembled units, or chassis-mounted units. A highlight of the exhibition was a High Way van equipped with a sliding longitudinal wall, which allows for various internal configurations, including both single-temperature and multi-temperature settings.

IAA Transportation 2026 once again showcased an industry undergoing profound transformation, with electrification, hydrogen, automation, artificial intelligence, and digitalization among the major areas of development.
